I've been working with the web since 1994, and with a variety of web technologies since 1996 - PHP, ASP, Perl, CF, Java, Grails and .Net. My main areas of expertise are in PHP and Grails these days.
I run GroovyMag and JSMag, monthly PDF magazines focused on Groovy and JavaScript, and also host the WebDevRadio podcast series.

I have so far always (really *always*) used Monsterboard.nl (dutch branch of Monster.com) for finding a job, and so far always succeeded in one way or another, either by me responding to an opening listed on the site, or people contacting me because of my CV on that site.
