Leftover cafe

I had an idea last night while eating at Twisted Fork. The idea was to have a restaurant bring you food that looks like leftovers. Bread that *looks* half-eaten (but wouldn’t be, just cut with a cool knife that has teeth marks in it, etc). The food could all be served in styrofoam takeaway containers. It’s a good idea, but I can’t find the right target market yet. Moderately upscale food, presented in a ‘downhome’ fashion.
Michael @ work suggested the tagline of the restaurant - “You gonna eat that?”
