Eating better?

Monday, I ate

  • 3 pears
  • 3 granola bars (quaker chewy kind)
  • 60 oz of water
  • Bag of microwave popcorn
  • .5 liters of ‘vanilla chai tea with soy protein
  • 1 footlong wheat sub with chicken, buffalo sauce, tomatoes and ranch dressing
  • handful of tortilla chips
  • 1 bowl of ice cream
