Eating better?

Monday, I ate
- 3 pears
- 3 granola bars (quaker chewy kind)
- 60 oz of water
- Bag of microwave popcorn
- .5 liters of ‘vanilla chai tea with soy protein‘
- 1 footlong wheat sub with chicken, buffalo sauce, tomatoes and ranch dressing
- handful of tortilla chips
- 1 bowl of ice cream
